PERENCANAAN TEKNIS SEQUENCE DAN SCHEDULING PENAMBANGAN BATUBARA PER KUARTAL TAHUN 2025 DENGAN CONSTRAINT IN PIT DUMP UNTUK MEMENUHI TARGET PRODUKSI DI PT. DUTA BARA UTAMA
Abstract
PT. Duta Bara Utama targets coal production of 2,250,000 tons with an SR < 3.5. Actual production in January
2025 was 112,480.03 tons coal and 230,486.10 BCM overburden. The outo pit dump disposal could not accommodate the
planned volume of overburden; therefore, dumping was carried out in the pit dump. Equipment requirements were planned
using Microsoft Excel 2021, mining scheduling was done using Spry software, while pit and disposal designs were created
using Minescape 5.7 software. In Q1, the planned production was 374,881.49 tons of coal and 1,219,000.96 BCM of
overburden with an SR of 3.25. In Q2, the planned production was 544,345.39 tons of coal and 2,015,154.65 BCM of
overburden with an SR of 3.70. In Q3, the planned production was 641,818.95 tons of coal and 2,275,999.62 BCM of
overburden with an SR of 3.70. The Q4 production plan is 707,918.65 tons of coal and 1,978,860.85 BCM of overburden with
an SR of 2.80. The total production plan for 2025 is 2,263,888.79 tons of coal and 7,589,016.09 BCM of overburden with an
SR of 3.34, which has met the production target. Then, mining scheduling is created using a trial and error method in the
Spry software until a scenario is found that aligns with the production targets and coal exposed balance. The design plans
for the pit and disposal in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 are designed based on the planned coal tonnage and overburden volume.
